Dating back some time ago Hip hop mogul and rapper Rick Ross aka Ricky Rosay was charged with several charges including kidnapping, assault and marijuana possession. However, he entered a plea of “NO CONTEST” and was sentenced to 5 years of felony probation. It was said that two grounds workers through a party at the home of Rick Ross with out his permission leading to Rick Ross and his body guard pistol whipped the grounds worker. After all is said and done, being that Rick Ross is a first time offender according to HIPHOP DX reports. Rick ross will receive time served and a $10,000 fine.
