President Donald Trump has stepped up to the plate along with a phone call from Kim Kardashian by way of Kanye West in support of the release of rapper ASAP Rocky who is currently incarcerated in a Sweden jail for a physical altercation with a fan. According to reports, there are also 2 others from ASAP Rockys team incarcerated.
Trump says “I personally don’t know ASAP rocky but I can tell you that he has a tremendous amount of support from the African American community in this country.” Also stating that “many African American friends of mine called him, asking if he could help?” However, even after reaching out to Swedish court officials, they still denied the efforts in the release of ASAP Rocky and company, stating that they will wait until the investigation is complete. That process is about another week according to reports.
